Rev Dr Martin Wellings
|
Martin studied history in Oxford before entering the ordained ministry. He came back to us in 2000 and in September 2008 became superintendent of the circuit. He has pastoral responsibility for the Central mission partnership (Wesley Memorial and Cowley Road). He is also secretary to the District Synod.

Rev Rosemary Davies
|
Rosemary was a minister in Bristol before coming to the Oxford circuit in September 2008. She has pastoral responsibility for the churches in the Eastern mission partnership: Lime Walk, Kennington, Rose Hill and Horspath.

Rev Jonathan Todd
|
Jonathan has been working in the circuit as an ordained minister since 1999. Since September 2008 he has had pastoral responsibility for the Northern mission partnership (Woodstock, Murcott, Tackley, Bladon, Kidlington and Combe). He also has responsibility for worship development across the circuit and is the circuit IT officer.

Deacon Stephen Richardson
|
Stephen came to Oxford in September 2008 as the first deacon to be appointed to the circuit. He and his wife live and work on the Rose Hill estate.

Lay Workers

Malcolm Bromhall
|
Malcolm joined us from the Banbury circuit in September 2008. He works alongside Jonathan in the Northern mission partnership, with particular responsibility for the churches at Kidlington and Combe.

Rob & Gemma Winn
|
Rob joined the team in September 2008 and is the circuit’s student and young people’s worker, focussing particularly on making connections with those in the 18 to 35 age bracket. His wife, Gemma, is the youth worker at Wesley Memorial and also the Pastoral and Development Worker for the Central partnership.

The stewards have overall responsibility for the spiritual and material well-being of the circuit.

|
Circuit financial steward. Mike is a member of Lime Walk Church.

Kate Dobson
|
Circuit Steward with responsibility for staff. Kate is a member of Wesley Memorial.

Martin Slade
|
Circuit steward with responsibility for the circuit manses. Martin is a member of Wesley Memorial.

Dorothy Stepney
|
Dorothy is secretary to the Circuit meeting and works in the office Monday to Friday. She is at the same time secretary of Wesley Memorial. She is a member of Cowley Road Church.
