Stephen Richardson
I came into the post in September 2008 following a varied career which involved (among other things!) being an apprentice plumber, a school caretaker, a dinner supervisor and some time in retail sales. Along the way, I met my wife Gillian and we now have a married son who lives in the States.
The work at Rose Hill has proved to be very varied, too. For example, from chaplain to social activist, school worker to trustee to the local debt and advice centre. Alongside this ministry is my call to preach and I look forward to sharing worship with you as I travel the circuit.
Stephen came to Oxford as the first deacon to be appointed to the circuit. He and his wife live and work on the Rose Hill estate.
