Terracycle

2 terracycle bins at kmccheese wrappers bin lidpringles and marigolds bin lid

Kidlington has a public collection point for plastic that is recycled through Terracycle, an international organisation set up to recycle waste that would otherwise go into landfill, and that cannot be recycled through blue bins.
Waste collected in public bins earn points which can be turned into cash for charities. We are using them to fundraise for 'Transformation', our building programme.
We collect flexible cheese packaging including Babybel nets, Marigold gloves and Pringles tubes and lids. The two bins are in the car park, easily accessible at all times.
Inside the building we have a bin for Marigold gloves, disposables and wrappers, (which will earn cash), writing instruments and blister packs which will be taken to other public collection points and eyewear (specs, lenses, goggles).
If you are coming to Kidlington do bring your recycling with you!
