The Beloved Son – a one man play

St Mary's Church is hosting a fantastic production called THE BELOVED SON on Saturday 12th October at 7.30pm in Iffley Church Hall.

This is a 'one man' play, written and produced by Murray Watts (Riding Lights Theatre company) and performed by Andrew Harrison. It is about the life of Henri Nouwen, a Dutch Catholic priest who gave up a glittering academic career to care for people with learning disabilities. Noewen also wrote The Return of the Prodigal Son, based on Rembrandt's picture of the same name.
